If Something Isn't Done Soon...................

For months, in a part of my home town of Wigan, residents have been complaining about gangs of teenagers gathering on a shopping precint, drinking, causing nuisance and generally acting in an aggressive manner. The locals have been asking their elected representatives and the police to take some action, "....before somebody gets killed."

Well, it's finally happened. Last weekend, a gang of around 20 kids, both male and female, taunted the 41 year old proprieter of a Chinese take-away into chasing them away from his shop. They were apparently waiting for him just around the corner. There, he was viciously beaten with, amongst other things, a spade, a garden hoe, tree branches and pipes. He suffered terrible head injuries and clung to life for the best part of a week, in a coma. Last night he died.

His name is Mi Gao Huang Chen. His only crime was to stand up for himself against this menace of drunken, aggressive teenagers who are not afraid of the law and have no respect, whatsoever, for the rights or welfare of others. Whilst Mr. Chen was in a coma police have arrested and released, on bail, around 20 teenagers. Now that this has, sadly, turned into a murder
investigation, 2 males and 2 females are being questioned.

Their ages?........a male and female of 14 and a male and female of 15.

Just what the hell are we breeding????????????
